Michael's experience includes construction in Texas, Florida and Arizona for various types of projects including, multi-family renovation and ground-up, fire re-builds, retail centers, medical office centers, fast food restaurants, gas stations, hotels & theme parks. He coordinated and managed all aspects of development from land procurement, entitlements, contract negotiation and FF&E procurement. He is experienced working with architects and engineers and permitting with local municipalities. His diverse background has equipped him with the expertise to lead large-scale projects effectively and efficiently.
